solid stay with a view

acropolis view friendly staff

I loved the acropolis view from my room's balcony. It was on the fourth floor. the breakfast included good selections, and the reception staff were friendly. bathroom amenities were nice to have, too! i especially appreciated the drinks and cookies in the reception area, a welcome treat.

The carpeting in the rooms could use replacement. It looked a bit worn. this is really the only major thing i could pinpoint as a potential issue.

Excellent Stay

helpful staff practical location

I found the staff were very helpful and quick to respond to emails before i even arrived. the breakfast buffet was also nice and had a good variety. the rooms felt very cozy and i loved the art deco feel throughout the hotel. the location was practical as well. I could walk to major attractions and the monastiraki metro station.

the room had shades, but they did not block the sun effectively. it was difficult to sleep, especially on sunny days. i wish they used blackout curtains.

The breakfast buffet provided a diversified selection daily. I had many options to choose from. warm items included eggs, bacon, and omelettes made to order, which i really enjoyed.

My room included all necessary amenities. the room was cleaned every day, and everything felt brand new. the staff also allowed me to leave my luggage there on my last day after checkout. This was super helpful.

the front desk staffs are very helpful! the room was cheerfully decorated and well equipped. there is a gorgeous garden patio downstairs for drinks and the rooftop terrace had magical acropolis views.

the rooftop was closed even though the weather was fine! i suggest they get a new carpet, as the old one is very stained. a general refresh of paint etc would be good to.

the cleaner was really good and prompt every day. the minibar was topped up daily, which i appreciated. i had a balcony with my room and that was lovely. it offered a nice space to sit out on and relax.

my room was really small and dark which i did not appreciate. the only window faced directly into the lobby. people could walk by and see into my room. i asked for a special present since it was my anniversary but they forgot.

i found the staff genuinely lovely and quite helpful especially the front desk team. the breakfast buffet presented a fantastic array of choices i especially liked the fresh pastries. the hotel provided a clean environment and the rooms included comfortable amenities. the rooftop bar offered fine city views making evenings nice.

the room i had was a bit small and it lacked storage space it was slightly inconvenient.

the hotel is very central i found it to be in easy walking distance to the main tourist spots. it is situated on a quiet road that makes it a bit calmer. the area includes lots of restaurants within a short walk.

the reception staff were prompt i noticed they were quite helpful when i needed assistance. housekeeping maintained the rooms well i thought they were cleaned thoroughly. the staff at the breakfast service were always available to assist the guests.

Central Location with Excellent Service

very nice cocktail effective air conditioning

The rooftop bar offered very nice cocktails and a relaxing atmosphere. My room included effective air conditioning and a spacious, clean bathroom. I appreciated the design and cleanliness, especially the tile work in the bathroom. The team was friendly and helpful. They allowed luggage storage after checkout.

The shades in my room did not effectively block sunlight, making it difficult to sleep on sunny mornings.

Solid stay close to main attractions

Location is very central. I could easily walk to main sites. The room had complimentary drinks in its mini fridge. The rooftop view revealed a nice Acropolis panorama at night.

Breakfast didnt have a big choice.
